WEKO powder application systems (WPA) work very efficiently to apply powder as a release agent or protective layer to improve production processes. Special nozzles generate a powder-air mixture, enabling repeatable, extremely uniform powder application. Powder consumption and ambient dusting are thus kept extremely low.

The encapsulated WEKO-ESC system is indispensable for production facilities with high standards for a clean environment, e.g. in the food, medical and hygiene industries. By means of an ionization device, electrical charge of the fabric web is eliminated, so that a uniform powdering can take place. With the WEKO-ESC, powder application takes place in a closed system with a highly efficient suction system.
