Wetting agent
A special product to improve the absorbency of your web material, WEKO-C3 accelerates water absorption. It is needed when remoistering is required after a drying process on high-speed webs. In this case, the wetting agent WEKO-C3 enables extremely fast absorption of the dampening liquid, even on fully printed surfaces. (The foaming tendency of WEKO-C3 is minimal.)
Application
WEKO-C3 is diluted with the application fluid and applied with the WEKO Fluid Application System (WFA). Only 0.1% WEKO-C3 is required. (20ml C3 + 20l H2O) WEKO-C3 has a shelf life of at least 12 months in the sealed original container at a temperature below +25 °C. We have different sizes of containers: 30 kg container in a disposable canister; package with 48 ampoules of 20 ml each and 4 liter containers in a disposable bottle.

WEKO-C3 applied with WEKO Fluid Application System (WFA) optimizes product quality and improves the efficiency of your production. It reduces the size of individual droplets, creating a homogeneous surface of the fluid. The wetting agent has a positive effect on the wetting properties as the surface area of the individual droplets is increased and the surface is penetrated faster. It is harmless to materials and objects that come into contact with food and can also be applied to toy surfaces
