The WEKO fluid application system (WFA) operates extremely accurately and uniformly. With the system consisting of WEKO-FLOW supply unit and WEKO-SIGMA rotor carrier, the finest droplets are applied to the web without contact, thus protecting the sensitive material. The smallest application quantities can be reproducibly applied on one or both sides at any time. The application unit can be set up quickly and also adapted to different fabric formats, so that even the smallest production quantities are profitable.

Escaping aerosols can be significantly reduced with the encapsulated application unit WEKO-ProTec by suction, which reduces the exposure for employees and the environment.

The complete solution WEKO-C trend combines all the necessary components (electrics, hydraulics and tank) in a closed cabinet and can be easily integrated into existing systems.
