With the WEKO-RFS fluid application system, you give paper back its original feature by remoistening the paper web after it has gone through the drying process. With the WEKO-RFS, remoistering is very precisely dosed and reproducible at any time. You save valuable resources and this with highest flexibility.
**How it works
Special spray discs - called rotors - are arranged side by side in a rotor carrier. These uniformly wet a press-in roller, which transfers the water to the paper web. The rotors are supplied with the desired amount of fluid by a supply unit. The application quantity is automatically adjusted to the machine speed. Fluid not sprayed on by the rotor carrier is returned to the supply.
Convincing in handling and maintenance.
With the WEKO-RFS, changeover and cleaning times have been minimized. Particular attention was paid to ensuring that all components are easy to handle and maintain, and that they operate stably over a very long period of time. Application units can also be easily integrated into the chill roll stand at a later date.
