Application of lubricating and protective emulsions
Due to the process, ink pigments cannot always be sufficiently well fixed in digital printing. Particularly with color-intensive prints, poor paper qualities and high printing speeds, this can quickly lead to scratches, smearing and deposits on the printed sheets during finishing.
Protect your surface
By applying a minimal silicone emulsion without contact, a kind of protective and sliding layer is applied. Ink surfaces are thus protected against mechanical damage and the inks can continue their drying process undamaged.
The WEKO-SiliCon enables contactless, precise application of silicone emulsions. Easy-to-use, digitally adjustable metering ensures repeatable results, even with minimal application rates. Printing speeds are automatically (compensated)adjusted.
